It's keto mass, which is the, you know, genic version of
Vlogmas. So, if you're into Keto Recipes for Christmas and tips and tricks on
how to get through these holidays, then keep reading and make sure you follow
my blog so that you don't miss any of my articles coming up because I'm pushing
these out like pretty much every day up until Christmas. So, keep reading
so, if you're like me, you probably just realized that
Christmas is less than three weeks away and you're thinking, oh my God, I
didn't have all my shopping done yet, but that's okay. We still got time, so
don't worry about that. But what you might be thinking you're gonna be seeing
all these friends and family that you haven't seen a couple of months, and you
don't want to look like a plump elope. So, what are you going to do? Well, I
got your cover. I have some tips that will help you slim down over the next
three weeks and get you looking the best that you can. So, my first tip is to
avoid dairy.
1.
avoid dairy which I know it's hard to do because dairy is so good
but it's also an allergen for some people and a lot of people actually have
sensitivities to it whether you know it or not. And so, cutting it out you
might see a decrease in inflammation and bloat, and just excess water weight
that you're holding. Around. And on top of that dairy, it's so easy to over
indulge because it tastes so good. So, it's really easy to put way too much
cream on your coffee. And it's easy to eat slice after slice after slice of
cheese and the next thing you know you've ballooned up because you have the
sensitivity to it like I think I do. so, because I always notice a difference.
Cut it out. And on top of that it can be not only caloric dense, but there's
hidden carbohydrates in them too. I mean even if you're consuming half and half
or some heavy creams have it in it or drinking too much heavy cream can have it
in there. And some cheeses still have carbs in them depending on what kind of
cheese you get. So, they can add up if you're consuming them too much. So, I
just think during these next two, three weeks, just cut them out and you'll
probably see a difference.
2.
Tip number two is to avoid
nuts, right along the lines of dairy. They can be inflammatory as well
too. So, causing that excess bloat and water retention that we just are really
trying to get rid of the season it's super easy to overindulge like you're just
sitting there grabbing a handful. Next thing you know you've eaten six handfuls
and that's and I mean God I don't even want to think about how many calories
are in that. There are still carbohydrates in that's too. So yeah, it's best to

Tip number three is to avoid
excess fat which is funny right because this is the keto diet. It's you
live off of fat but the whole point is that you want to break down your own
body fat and use that for fuel rather than overindulge and fat from the food
that you eat. So, like bulletproof coffee, I'm doing really good so far, right?
Bulletproof coffee I mean you have a lot of fat in here and it might be okay if
you want to do this as like a meal replacement Just one drink a day but don't
have this and then have like bacon and eggs like right on top of it for
breakfast. Just because that's like fatty overload and sure, you know your body
can burn that off. But you know, depending on how active you are to it actually
might store some of it and your whole goal is to burn off your own body fat and
not rely on the fat and your food for fuel. So that's my tip there. So, it's
just stop putting butter on everything. Stop putting it on top of your eggs or
on top of your hamburger. It's not needed. You really just want to focus. If
you're trying to lose weight. You want to break down your own body fat not use
the fat in your food for fuel.
4.
Tip number four is to avoid
alcohol which I know it's so hard to do this time of year because
there's lots of parties lots of cocktails. But when it comes to metabolizing
alcohol, your body sees it as a toxin and so it's just gonna go straight to the
liver and your livers gonna start breaking it down your body needs to break
that down right away. So, if you're shovelling other amounts of food or fat
along with that, if you're eating along with your alcohol, all of that just
gets stored your body's not going to be breaking down its own body fat for fuel
breaking down the food for fuel. It's going to be storing it's in storage mode
and its main goal is to break down the alcohol because it wants to get rid of
it as fast as it can. So yeah, if you're trying to lose weight this season,
just avoid it and you can enjoy your wine or your cocktail on Christmas Eve and

Tip number five is to
fast so whether you want to intermittent fast or fast for a day or two
days, whatever you feel comfortable with, you will see results with fasting.
And so, if you're new to fasting, one of the easiest ways to do it is just having
a window of where you're eating for 12 hours and not eating for 12 hours. And
then slowly increase that window of where you're not eating until like just 12
hours and so the idea is I'll go without food. the more your body's going to
break down, It's stored body fat for fuel instead. And then also that’s along
with meals and how frequently you should be eating so I think it's best to
people just with like two to three meals a day trying them at the snack and
then if you're constantly shaping food in your mouth, it's going to be focused
on breaking down the bat instead of off stored fat that you have in your body.

My next tip is pretty hard to
do as well as time of year but if you are serious, you want to spend less than
I say he doesn't want to shop and that's to avoid keto treats.
keto treats can trigger other cravings. Even though they're not made of real
sugar. It's they still trigger that sugar craving response at least I kind of
feel like they do like once I start with the Keto treats, it's only harder to
stop. So, I would just avoid them made out of nut flours and dairy products. So,
I just think it's great if you just cut them out this holiday season is hard to
do. Especially because I'm going to be coming out with some keto cookies do

And my last tip is to get
better sleep, which I actually think is easy to do this time of year
because we have less daylight. And if you're like me, you just kind of go into
hibernation mode and want to go to sleep at seven o'clock.
And want to sleep in till like eight o'clock in the
morning. So, I think if sleep is so crucial, it helps decrease your cortisol
levels. It helps decrease your stress it gives your body time to heal. So, a
lot of people have actually seen great results when they've just increased
their sleep by just an hour. And also going along with the lines of high
cortisol which can help your weight loss if you want to just relax you know
seek out meditation, do acupuncture, yoga, just whatever you have to do to just
kind of get yourself cantered and back into yourself and whatever you got to do
to just calm the stress is going to help.
